After Hurricane Dorian, A Newborn Lives in Limbo

When Hurricane Dorian reached the Bahamas, Childa had to evacuate her home at the very worst time — when she almost due to deliver her baby. Two weeks later, Childa went into labor in a shelter. A Project HOPE volunteer doctor helped her and her new son get the care they needed, from health screenings to a makeshift crib.
