The House majority is trying to check off their wish list before the election, with Rep. Kim’s HR. 8534 calling for LICENSING, REGISTRATION, and CONFISCATION.



We need you to tell your Representative that you OPPOSE ALL licensing requirements for the possession and use of arms!

The Gun Licensing Scheme would mandate that you seek permission from the Attorney General in order to exercise your right to keep and bear arms, locking the natural right behind a federal government firearm license.



If this sounds like Deja Vu, that's because Sen. Booker pushed for the same thing with his S. 4263, the “Federal Firearms Licensing Act”.





This “permission slip” is a poorly-veiled attempt by the tyrants in D.C. to abolish the private ownership of arms in this country, regardless of what they name these bills.



That is why you must TAKE ACTION!

With HR. 8534, they are after it all.



Licensing: The bill would require a federal firearms license in order to purchase, receive or transfer a firearm, given at the discretion of the Attorney General.



Registration: All firearms purchased with the firearms license would be registered with the federal government.



Confiscation: At any time the Attorney General could deem you unfit to own a firearm and order the confiscation of all of your firearms.



Help us in demanding that the Gun Licensing Scheme be stopped in its tracks by taking action and contacting the House immediately!
