Thank you for your interest in the English Democrats Party. We thank you for your support and hope that you will continue to engage in our activities.

The English Democrats want to see England develop as a ‘green and pleasant land’. We are a small island but we have been gifted with many  resources. Indeed our resources, in both men and materials,  forged the industrial revolution that revolutionised the lives of many people round the world. Central to our progress in this has been access to  cheap, reliable and available energy. This will not change in the future.

We are not foolish enough to believe that this can be achieved without a balanced energy profile.We do not think that it is good for a Country to be solely reliant on one or two resources, particularly ones that are not reliable. 

We do not believe that Net Zero can be good for humanity or for the planet. The 'science' on any of this has not been fixed but this discussion is not taking place.

For both scientific, economic and social reason we believe that Net Zero will lead to dangerous inflation and the possibility of economic and social collapse. Follow us here to find out what English Democrats would do about it.
