support of Officer Darby.



Kerik had these revealing insights:



America has been witnessing one scenario after another of police officers
being attacked and brutalized, and county prosecutors then releasing their
attackers back into their communities.



There’s only one thing worse … and that's prosecutors targeting police
officers for nothing more than political gain.



This is exactly what has happened to Officer Ben Darby.

Quick Recap: In April of 2018, Officer Darby arrived on-scene to a 911
emergency call involving an armed subject. In a split second decision, Officer
Darby was forced to shoot and kill the gun-wielding man in order to protect
himself and the other responding officers from the deadly threat.



Despite being 100% cleared by the Incident Review Board, Ben was wrongfully
charged with murder by the District Attorney, and now faces up to25 years
locked behind bars.



Now, Ben and his wife Keelin have exhausted nearly all of their funds due to
high-cost court fees, legal expenses and other associated costs.The Darby
family is in urgent need of support.

Lead Officer Kerik continued,



Ben’s trial was loaded with judicial and constitutional errors … It was the

his job the way he was trained to do, by the State of Alabama and the FBI.
