The Texas 'Trigger Law' goes into effect TODAY. 30 days following
the SCOTUS judgment to overturn Roe v. Wade, it is now officially
illegal to administer an abortion in Texas.

And let's be clear, treatment for a miscarriage or ectopic
pregnancy IS NOT an abortion in Texas. This is a common lie of
the left and shows just how trigged they are.

With the Trigger Law now in place, Texas is demonstrating to the
rest of the country that we will always protect life and defend
the unborn. Don't you agree that's something worth celebrating?

While this trigger law is a HUGE WIN for the pro-life movement,
don't think it will stop the Radical Left from pushing for their
abortion-on-demand agenda. Liberals are triggered and outraged by
our historic victory in banning abortions in Texas, and they will
do anything to reverse our success. We must not concede any

The Biden Administration wasted no time trying to undo our laws
and attempted to force Texas hospitals to kill babies by
withholding federal funds. Thankfully, this radical attempt to
withhold Medicare and Medicaid funding unless Texas doctors
performed abortions is officially illegal, thanks to a recent
judicial opinion.

Many cities and urban areas have also moved cases involving
abortion to the lowest level of priority in an attempt to
circumvent state law. So we still have work to do.
