Republican House Leader Kevin McCarthy visited Oregon Wednesday to raise big bucks for Republicans running for Congress across our state.

What does that tell us? If elected, these Oregon Republicans will be no different than Donald Trump, McCarthy, or the rest of the GOP caucus. These Oregon Republicans will pretend to care about the issues facing average Oregonians – high gas prices, the infant formula shortage, and the cost of prescription drugs – while they vote against any bill that would lower costs, defend reproductive rights, or make life better for their fellow Americans.

How will they vote on reproductive rights? They will vote to ban abortion nationwide, even in Oregon.
