This time last week we launched a crowdfunder to fund the September Rebellion tour. Thank you so much if you donated or spread the word! As I write, we’ve raised more than £80k - just £20k away from our first £100k milestone, which will secure two more buses, bringing the Rebellion closer to you. 

If everyone receiving this email gave just £3 we would exceed our target. Will you help us take Rebellion on the road?

• £3 can provide a meal for a member of the bus crew
• £30 can help buy a tablet so volunteers can sign-up new people
• £75 can help kit the buses out with solar panels to power sound and film equipment

From September, the Rebellion tour will support local groups to connect with their communities: running talks and training, film screenings, processions and peoples’ assemblies. Why? Because we need to show the UK that we can upgrade democracy.

We are living through an age of crisis - cost of living, the pandemic, the climate and ecological emergency: all symptoms of an out-of-date political system incapable of facing the urgency of this moment. 

But all over the world citizens are proving that they can find solutions when politicians can’t. Which is why the Rebellion tour will inspire the population to support our demand for a proper citizens’ assembly. 

To create a new, fairer politics will require first thousands, then millions of us. Help us reach more people.
