Since the Supreme Court abruptly stripped away fundamental constitutional rights in late June, voters have shown up in force across primaries, ballot initiatives, and special elections—and they are fed up, fired up, and fighting back.
There is serious momentum in districts across the country with the right candidate delivering a strong message about rights and democracy. Team McCorkle is seeing this energy and enthusiasm on the ground in our race againstKen Buck, a foe of the environment, LGBTQ+ equality, and choice and reproductive rights.
While Buck supports the strictest of government restrictions when it comes to a woman’s right to control her own body, he is all for unfettered plundering of our natural resources by huge corporate, often foreign-owned, interests—the same interests that, not coincidentally, have bankrolled his long political career.
We have 75 days left to continue prosecuting this argument and turning out every frustrated and fed up voter in our district.
