Since the Convention, our slate has hit the ground running. In the last month they’ve been all over the state, having real conversations with working families from Amarillo to Zapata.

Meanwhile, where are Texas Republicans? I haven’t seen Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, or Ken Paxton on the campaign trail. That’s because they underestimate the power of our movement and don't want to be held accountable by their constituents. And Friend, that’s why we are sending them home in November.

Texans are smart. We see who’s really listening to us, who’s really working to find solutions to the problems we’re facing. Who the real leaders are in this state. And it’s sure as hell not Texas Republicans.

Democrats are leading with a strong, people-first message that frankly Republicans can’t compete with. From affordability to the grid to reproductive rights to gun safety, we’re addressing the issues Texans really care about -- not pandering to extremists with divisive culture wars.
