Dear Friend,

Over the last two weeks, our campaign has been knocking on doors through the August heat, connecting with volunteers, and enjoying conversations with Arlingtonians at the County Fair. We are building the volunteer team we need to win, and I am deeply grateful for your ongoing support.

This Saturday, we are having our second volunteer canvass. We'd absolutely love it if you could join us to canvass for our campaign for re-election to the County Board and for Bethany Sutton, the Democratic endorsed candidate for School Board. Details on how to join us below.
At our first volunteer canvass on August 13th
So far, we have knocked on more than 1,000 doors toward our goal of 15,000 doors by election day. We are on course, but each week the number of doors we need to canvass goes up, so we will need to step up to reach our goal as we engage with Arlington voters and work to earn every vote possible.

To win, we need to increase the number of volunteers working to get the word out about our commitment to making the American Dream more real in Arlington. To that end, we will be canvassing in South Arlington this weekend and I would like to ask you to join us:

At the County Fair, where I spent 15 hours this past week engaging with voters.
Our campaign must also step up our efforts to host virtual and in-person meet and greets, which are critical to our efforts to engage with Arlington residents who live in apartment buildings and condos that are not as reachable via door knocking. These meet and greets are an opportunity for you and your friends and neighbors to hear directly from me and from each other about the issues we face in Arlington and my priorities for the next four years. These virtual and in-person meet and greets are particularly critical as we engage with Arlingtonians about missing middle housing, the issue that is by far the biggest one I have been hearing about.
