John,
We deserve to know who is spending big money to influence our elections.
The DISCLOSE Act would get us one step closer to making that a reality—but Congress has to act, and you can help make that happen.
Sign on and tell the Senate: pass the DISCLOSE Act now!
The DISCLOSE Act would require super PACs and dark money groups engaging in politics to disclose their major donors—a big boost to transparency. In recent years, millions of dollars has been spent on ads attacking or boosting judicial nominees, with the donors behind that spending largely kept secret. The DISCLOSE Act would change that, requiring groups that attempt to influence judicial confirmations—and groups that attempt to influence elections—to disclose their donors.
Knowing who’s behind the huge amounts of money influencing our elections won’t fix our broken campaign finance system entirely—but it’s a huge step in the right direction.
Tell the Senate: shine a light on money in our elections and pass the DISCLOSE Act now.
Thank you,
The CREW Team
