Before starting his own business and entering public service as Maryland State Delegate, Neil worked as a traffic engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration in Frederick County as well as the Deputy Director of Engineering for the City of Frederick.
Did you know he was also the recipient of the Charles Carroll Award (Republican Man of the Year) for Maryland’s Republican Party and Legislator of the Year for Maryland Society of Professional Engineers?!
