I've got important news to share, friend. Yesterday, Val Demings won the Democratic Senate primary in Florida. Now, she's moving on to face Marco Rubio in one of the most important Senate races in the country.

With the Senate split 50-50, winning in Florida is key to expanding our razor-thin majority. For months, Rubio has had a big lead, but two polls this month show the race is now tied. Val Demings is gaining momentum – and fast. The GOP megadonors trying to hand the Senate back to Mitch McConnell are getting nervous, and they've already started launching attack ads against Val.

Val needs resources to fight back and continue reaching voters with her story, and that's why I'm personally reaching out today. Florida's last Senate race was decided by just 10,000 votes, and with less than 100 days until Election Day, Val needs all the help we can send her way. So I'm asking this team to raise $15,000 before midnight to help her fend off the slimy GOP attacks and defeat Marco Rubio.
