You may have missed a big story a few weeks ago: Texas-based H-E-B is sponsoring drag queen shows for kids.
H-E-B sponsored a “pride” event in Austin where children were encouraged to attend story hour with a drag queen and watch a drag show with their parents.
It gets worse.
Not only is H-E-B doing this, but the company’s CEO – Charles Butt – has been pushing his leftist ideology on your children while actively working against parents. And he has been doing so for years.
Mr. Butt has spent millions of dollars opposing common sense legislation giving parents more say-so in their kids’ education. In 2022 alone, the Charles Butt Public Education PAC has given to 22 campaigns and candidates working against parental rights.
It seems Mr. Butt’s views are more aligned with those of George Soros and Beto O’Rourke than Texas families.
Texas Scorecard was the first media outlet to cover this story. And, unfortunately, you still won’t find it in any local newspaper, if you can even find a newspaper at all!
