Most parents want to have a safe and welcoming environment for their kids. They want their kids to distinguish fact from fiction, to be taught accurate history. We must defend public schools and support pro-education champions.
Right-wing advocacy groups are working to turn classrooms into culture war battlefronts. They refer to teaching actual history and addressing gender identity as “woke” propaganda.
Dark money groups with ties to the Koch family, the DeVos family, former Trump officials, and the Federalist Society are funding recall efforts and extreme candidates in an attempt to get them on school boards to push their policies.
We must work together to ensure that every student, regardless of race, zip code, or background has a quality education to be a successful and contributing citizen in a diverse, global society.
The Six PAC is a Federal PAC created to support six carefully selected rural and progressive Democrats. We will focus on candidates who need early money, who face tough primaries against establishment candidates, and who are committed to building power for their community. We will accept no corporate money. This is grassroots money for grassroots candidates.
