Victory! GLAAD Confirms that The Hallmark Channel Will Reinstate LGBTQ Ads

Hallmark Channel apologizes for “wrong decision” and pledges to forward LGBTQ inclusion on the network

You did it! The Hallmark Channel just confirmed that they will reverse their decision to remove an ad featuring a lesbian couple, and that they will work to grow LGBTQ inclusion on the network.

With your help, GLAAD’s rapid response program once again reversed discriminatory actions and protected our rightful representation. We were on NBC, CNN, and across social media ensuring this anti-LGBTQ decision would be reversed. Now, The Hallmark Channel will go on to work proactively with GLAAD to ensure proper representation of LGBTQ people across their brands.
