My dedication to a world free of lung disease is not just a professional cause for me. When my son was five years old, he was diagnosed with pediatric asthma. It was a frightening time for our family, and my wife and I spent many nights rushing him to the ER to get his asthma under control. I know how terrifying it is to see a loved one struggle to breathe.
