Since President Biden took office, there have been nearly 3.4 million illegal migrant encounters at the southern border – in addition to over 900,000 known gotaways. To make matters worse, 66 individuals on the terrorist watchlist have been apprehended attempting to illegally enter the United States in just this fiscal year alone, which is more than double the last five years combined. Moreover, drug cartels have been emboldened by the Biden Administration’s purposefully porous border. In fact, Customs and Border Protection seized over 2,100 pounds of fentanyl last month – marking the highest monthly seizure in at least the last four fiscal years.
Yet as the President’s destructive immigration policies continue to ravage communities across the country, Biden is building a $490,000 taxpayer-funded security fence around his multimillion-dollar beach house in Delaware. So as Biden fails to finish the wall at the southern border to protect you, he’s simultaneously using your tax dollars to construct a wall at his private residence to protect himself. This dangerous double standard perfectly illustrates that the Biden Administration’s priorities do not lie with the safety and security of the American people.
