Even if you did not attend the 8/20 Summit, please consider joining our army. ATP is on the Board of NCEIT and it is our highest priority and mission to secure our elections.

The NCEIT Buncombe Regional Summit on August 20, 2022 was a wild success thanks to all of your who attended and the phenomenal crew who came at 6AM to prepare the facility. The Woodfin Community Center was our greatest challenge in preparation for all of you.We have voiced our displeasure with the Town of Woodfin and the Buncombe County Commissioners for poor maintenance.
 
We had 146 attendees from 13 counties represented: Buncombe, Burke, Catawba, Cleveland, Forsyth, Gaston, Haywood, Henderson, Lee, McDowell, Polk, Rutherford and Transylvania! Wow! What came our of this were requests from groups in those counties for additional support meetings and Summits. In-person meetings planned in Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood in September are currently being planned. (See Calendar of Events)

Please sign-up as Poll Observers in your county. Contact your local political party chairperson. Or, please go to your local Board of Elections and consider becoming a paid employee. We need you on the inside as a worker, judge, etc.
 
Also, please consider serving as a County NCEIT Coordinator. We need to give your county access to our State Election Integrity Reporting System - SEIRS. It's done through your county coordinator. Jesse Burger will be offeriing Zoom instruction on the SEIRS app. We will inform you of that training.

Illegal power grab by NCSBE to change the observer and poll worker rules: The Regulatory and Rule Committee is reviewing their overstep. There is no standing. Rules can be changed with either a court order or a law passed by legislature. Neither has occurred. Stay tuned. There will probably be another public comment period. Let's hope the RRC exercises their legitimate legislature power and shuts them down.We will keep you updated.
ERIC: The fight is not over. On Monday, August 29th, there will be Zoom call with 3 NC senators at 10AM. Jim Womack will present salient points regarding the disasterous effects that ERIC will have on NC with emphasis that there is no government oversight of this Soros funded organization. If the meeting can go public, we will let you know and tell you how to listen in. See well documented and researched ERIC Fact sheet below.

Section XXVI of House Bill 103 (State Budget) authorizes the expenditure of federal HAVA appropriations for unspecified “List Maintenance” services, allowing the transmittal of Voter Registration and Voter History data to ERIC. Nowhere in this bill is there an authorization to sign an ERIC agreement committing the state to release of other (confidential) data, particularly DOT/DMV or DHHS client data. The NCGA should immediately and unambiguously instruct NCSBE and other state agencies that drivers license information, full or partial social security numbers, and dates of birth are not releasable to ERIC.

Request to Attend the Logic and Accuracy Testing of the DS 200s From Your Local Board of Elections 
 
Your local Board of Elections will send you an email with a date and time for the testing of the DS200s in your county.
 
BEFORE YOU GO: Under a Public Records Request, ask for all DS200 machines by model and software version.
 
Ask local BOE for the tools you can take with you to the training: like video recording of the testing. Be upfront so they don't throw you out of there. They look for excuses. Public records portal for NCSBE:
