Friend, to win this climate fight, we need more clean energy – and more affordable clean energy for all!

AB 2316 would create a cost-effective community solar plus storage program, helping low-income residents and renters in particular.

This bill would save people money on their energy bills, make the energy grid more reliable and resilient, and improve local air quality. And the State Senate will be voting on it as soon as THIS WEEK!

Call to make sure your State Senator is voting YES on AB 2316 to make community solar and storage affordable for low-income Californians →

Friend, everyone should be able to share in the climate, health, and cost-saving benefits of clean energy.

But while solar makes up over 20% of California’s power, renters, low-income communities, and households who can’t host their own solar energy system have limited options to access local clean energy.

Passing AB 2316 would help California make the necessary transition to a clean energy economy to solve the climate crisis – and it would help close the gap in energy equity.

Your State Senator needs to hear from you, friend: Tell them to prioritize affordable, accessible clean energy by voting YES on AB 2316!

Thanks for making your voice heard.
