Team — we’ve been emailing you a lot lately about our efforts to get on the ballot. Thank you for all the support you’ve given us thus far. 

Despite your help, the road to securing ballot access in every state has not been easy. State parties across the country have chosen to cancel their primaries and caucuses in an effort to stifle our democratic process and coronate Donald Trump King of the Republican Party. 

This move has even extended to my home state of Massachusetts, where party leaders tried (and failed) to leave my name off the ballot.

That’s why I’m emailing you today — we’re continuing to face an uphill battle to provide America with a choice at the ballot box in 2020. If we don’t raise another $10,000 by midnight on Sunday, we’re not sure if we’re going to be able to qualify for enough ballots to win the nomination.
