National Journal recently reported that “Republicans are investing heavily in North Carolina...because their path to the majority is nearly impossible if they can’t hold this seat.”
Politico said that’s exactly what insiders at the National Republican Senatorial Committee are telling their corporate donors, too.
That’s why McConnell’s super PACs have made North Carolina their second biggest investment in the entire country. They’ve already spent over $7 million against us, and they’re preparing to unleash at least $27 million more before Election Day.
This race is clearly one of their top two priorities, so Cheri needs all of us to have her back if we’re going to flip this seat in November.
The only way we can compete with their limitless sums of dark money and ensure Mitch McConnell does not retake the majority is with lots and lots of grassroots donations.
If enough of us chip in and do our part, we can guarantee that Democrats hold and likely expand our majority.
