John, the GOP just gained a major advantage on us.

Yesterday, Act Blue went down for several hours, so our grassroots supporters
like you could not make donations.Meanwhile, WinRed, the Republican donation
processor was happily up and running the entire time.

This couldn't have come at a worse time. We're fighting to elect Democrats up
and down the ballot, who will protect our state constitution and defend the
right to an abortion. But now we've fallen behind.

My projections show we missed out on at least $2,000 in fundraising while Act
Blue was down. So can I count on you to chip in $20 or more to help us make up
for the lost ground?!

If the GOP takes two more seats in the state legislature, they will have a
supermajority that will allow them to change our state constitution and ban
abortions statewide without exceptions for incest or rape.

It’s critical that we meet every single one of our fundraising goals over the
next 2+ months until Election Day to ensure Democrats can win in a year that
will decide the future of our state.
