Leora Levy Demands Transparency From Dick Blumenthal Over Iran Deal

GREENWICH, CT - With reports in the news about a new Iran Deal coming into fruition, political outsider U.S. Senate candidate Leora Levy is calling upon her opponent Dick Blumenthal to publicly declare how he will vote on a new Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement after Biden has once again agreed to partner with a mortal enemy.

Statement from Leora Levy on her proud ties to Israel, “Voters know I recognize Iran to be our enemy as well as Israel’s. As an American, I stand with Israel against our common enemy and will always protect our alliance while serving as Connecticut’s next Senator. Unfortunately, Dick Blumenthal chose to do the opposite, voting in support of the JCPOA agreement in 2015. I called him out then and I call upon him today to tell us where he stands, with America and Israel or with Biden and Iran.

“Now that it is likely that the Biden Administration could resurrect the failed JCPOA agreement, I am calling on Blumenthal to be transparent with Connecticut voters and let us know how he will vote on the new Iran Deal, which is even worse than the first one.  This agreement presents an existential threat to the United States and to Israel. While Biden negotiates with our enemies, I vow to stand with our steadfast allies in the Middle East. Voters know where I stand, now let’s see if Blumenthal learned anything from the first time he rubber-stamped this dangerous agreement or if once again he will prove how out-of-touch he is on the issues that matter most to the people of our great state.”

About Leora

I am running to take on the far-left whose policies will make our country look more like the Communist Cuba my family and I escaped in 1960 than the United States we have all known and loved. I am running for Senate to lead the fight for freedom. Joe Biden isn't on the ballot in November, but his policies are. The way to beat back Biden is to beat Dick Blumenthal, and I am the political outsider who can get it done.
