The City of Harker Heights invited citizens to complete an online survey between February 14 and May 16, 2022. The survey focused on gathering feedback about City services and community topics. 

The survey was administered in two phases.  The first phase of the survey was sent randomly to citizens.   The second phase of the survey was open to all residents once the first phase was completed.  Participants of the survey had the option of completing it through written form or online.   Texas State University facilitated the 2022 Citizen Survey. 

The City values our citizen input and the survey provided an opportunity for citizens to communicate opinions and satisfaction levels.  The results were presented to the City Council.
