On Sunday evening, State Senator and Candidate for Congress, Wiley Nickel, was joined by House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer for a press conference at CWA Local 3611 in Raleigh. Also in attendance were MaryBe McMillan, President of the AFLCIO, Grant Welch, Legislative chair for CWA Local 3611, and working people joined in solidarity.
In the 13th Congressional District, voters are looking for leadership that is willing to reach across the aisle to deliver results and lower the cost of living for working families.
