Tomorrow is Election Day! I’m so excited for what’s in store for Team Pat Ryan – and I hope you’ll be following along with us as results come in.

But there’s something on my mind as Election Day approaches: Do we have the resources to count every last vote, in case it comes down to that?

In recent years, competitive races have drawn on long after the final votes were cast. Lawyers, judges, and election officials get involved in disputing ballots and making sure every vote is counted.

This is not the outcome we want, but we want to be prepared for anything thrown at us once the polls close tomorrow night.

That’s why I’m asking, one day out from our election: Can you chip in a few dollars to ensure we have the funds to make sure every vote is counted?

The sanctity of the vote is worth protecting and defending, and nothing is more important to this team than making sure every person’s legal vote is counted fairly. That’s what our democracy is all about.

But in the past few years, we’ve seen politicians try to invalidate votes for their own political gain. Elections are unfortunately becoming more and more contentious instead of the fair passage of power they should be.

We won’t stand for any election denying, voter obstruction, or unfair ballot counting. That’s why we’re preparing ahead of time with our voter protection fund.

So we’re asking, could you chip in $10 or anything you are able to make sure we have the resources to count every last vote?
