Our nation is at a crossroads. There is massive disinvestment in our most vulnerable communities and in order to reverse course, we must elect people who understand that our government must answer to the people, not corporations.
Maxwell knows this. As a leader in the national fights to end gun violence and protect voting rights, he understands what is at stake.
When elected, Maxwell will make history as the youngest member in Congress. He will bring an important and much needed perspective to Washington as a member of the Gen Z generation, which is why I'm helping make sure he gets there.
The truth is that in order for progressives to be effective, we need more of us in office. We need Maxwell's experience and his fight in Congress.
