We've worked hard for the last five months, John. It’s been the singular mission of Francis, our staff, volunteers, and activists to win this election in 2022 and give the 22nd district the voice it deserves in Washington.

On Aug. 23, primaries will be held for Congressional and state Senate races. I want to remind you to go out and vote. I know it may feel like an upward battle, but analysts have rated our district a Toss-Up – which means that we can win if we run a smarter, more strategic campaign.

Just last week the Congressional Leadership Fund (CLF) – a dark money Republican super PAC tied to Kevin McCarthy – officially got involved in this district and pledged to contribute OVER A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS to boost far-right extremist Steve Wells.

Kevin McCarthy himself even weighed in and endorsed Steve Wells earlier this week.

There’s a lot at stake, and Republican Congressional leadership are going all-out to elect Steve Wells — because they know that he will fall lockstep with them on their radical policy ideas.
