Dear John,

Earlier this month I shared my personal story ([link removed]) with you. I wrote in the context of three topics I care deeply about: belonging, intersectionality, and inclusion in STEM.

Now it's your turn.
Every SACNISTA has their own story — unique and powerful in its own way.

Now through August 15, I invite you to share your personal experience about "belonging" in STEM — whatever that means to you or however it applies to you. Selected submissions will be asked to write a full article for our online publication STEM + Culture Chronicle.

In my experience sharing your personal story can be intimidating, but also overwhelmingly powerful. It's a way to own your narrative, authentically connect with your peers, and foster meaningful discussion in our community. (Plus, it'll look good on your portfolio/resume/CV 😉)
