Hi team – you know that I hate to ask for money, but unfortunately, in this race, I can't afford not to ask.

$100 is a lot to ask for. I know that, and I don’t make the ask lightly. But we have a deadline coming up soon, and $100 from you is what we need to fill the budget gap. 

But if you can't give $100 – and I completely understand if that’s the case – could you please give $26.37? That’s what grassroots supporters have been giving to emails like this one, and I’d be grateful if you could join them.

Far-right Republicans will stop at nothing to tear down our campaign, and are spending over $25 million trying to defeat me.

And because of these attacks, recent polling shows me down 2 points to a GOP opponent.
