From the Trail
The Castelli for Congress "Get Out the Vote" campaign officially launches today! We need your help to make sure that Matt Castelli wins the Democratic nomination giving us the best shot at defeating Elise Stefanik in November. Please make sure that you, your family, your friends, and your neighbors all have a plan to vote. ([link removed]) If you are planning to vote in person on Tuesday, polls open at 6 AM and close at 9pm. You have the right to vote if you are in line at 9pm.

This GOTV weekend Matt will be joining volunteers in Rensselaer, Montgomery, Clinton, and Warren counties to knock doors. If you are interested in knocking doors with Matt, please contact Nora Matti, our Deputy Field Director at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) . She will be able to get you more information! In addition, feel free to reach out to her if you are outside of those counties to get involved in our Knock-Your-Neighbors program!

This last weekend, Matt led rallies and canvass launches with Pat Ryan (NY-19) and Congressman Bill Owens (NY-21). On Tuesday, Matt held his third town hall in St Lawerence County where he answered questions from attendees. You can watch the Town Hall here. ([link removed])

Tuesday we will be hosting a Watch Party at Lawrence St Tavern in Glens Falls to watch the polls come in. We will be phonebanking on location starting at 7pm ([link removed]) to make sure folks are in line by 9pm, then we will be at the location until the results are in. We hope to see you there!

We are only 4 days from our very important primary on August 23. Many folks have asked what they can do to help in our fight against Elise Stefanik and right now we have a real opportunity to get engaged and turn out the vote.

The Castelli Campaign is seeking volunteers to join us in phone banking shifts and calling likely voters. We host these virtually meaning you can make calls from your own home! Phonebanking Shifts:
August 21, 22, and 23.
5-8 pm on weekdays and 4-7 pm Sundays.

Turning out the vote for the 23rd is the first proof point to show Stefanik just how fired up and ready to win the people of NY-21 are!
