As a reminder, the YDO Caucus will have our 3rd Quarter 2022 General Membership meeting (hybrid) tomorrow during the DPO State Central Committee meeting in Eugene, Oregon.

YDO SPECIAL ELECTION:

  • Vacancies: Vice Chair, Treasurer
  • Term: 8/2022 - 3/2023
  • Eligibility: Those who have not reached the age of 36, are members of the YDO caucus, and are registered to vote as members of the Democratic Party of Oregon.

During the meeting, we will ask for nominations from the floor and via Zoom for each position. You can nominate yourself or ask a friend to join you at the meeting and they can nominate you. Nomination speeches should not be longer than 1 minute.

 

After the Chair closes nominations for each position and nomination speeches have concluded, candidates for a position will have up to 3 minutes to give a speech. We would recommend introducing yourself, your background and what you are interested in working on within the Young Democrats of Oregon.
