HuffPost recently reported that “Doug Mastriano is keeping a big secret from Pennsylvania voters.”

That secret? Who he’ll appoint as his Secretary of State. Mastriano says he has someone in mind, but he won’t say who.

John, in Pennsylvania the Governor gets to appoint the next Secretary of State — the official who is in charge of running elections and ensuring the candidate the voters pick gets certified as the winner.

So you can bet that Mastriano would appoint someone just like him — an election denier, conspiracy theorist who’s willing to throw our democracy away to ensure extremist Republicans win, even if it’s against the will of the voters.
