Hi Jack,

Kelly *officially* passed the Association of Social Work Board Licensing exam this week to become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Arkansas.

Our team is so proud of Kelly and her commitment to making Arkansas a better place.

Kelly earned her master's degree from the University of Arkansas. With this professional licensure she’ll be able to practice social work, including assessment, case management, community organization, counseling, advocacy, and program administration. (She did all that while campaigning for Lt. Governor, helping other women run for office, and parenting a big family.)

Just imagine if Arkansas had a leader in Little Rock who deeply understood the intricacies of some of our most broken systems *and* was ready to advocate for solutions that would make those systems less clunky for people to navigate.

That’s what’s on the ballot this November.
