Help send 10,000 Postcards to Governor Newsom this weekend!

Governor Newsom needs to hear from the people of California personally asking him to VETO the 5 “Bad” bills if they make it to his desk. A Voice for Choice Advocacy considered an easy-click email campaign which would get thousands of generic emails to his office inbox, but they wouldn’t get read because they are not personal. AVFCA considered a letter writing campaign to make it very personal, but that takes a lot more individual effort and would likely be much less productive. So AVFCA landed on a personalized postcard campaign, in which you quickly and easily create a personalized postcard message online, AVFCA will get it sent at no cost to you, and the Governor will see the message without even having to open an envelope!

While A Voice for Choice Advocacy’s primary goal is to stop these bills in the legislature, if they make it to the Governor’s desk we want to give him good reason to veto them. So today A Voice for Choice Advocacy is launching our

A Voice for Choice Advocacy’s goal is to mail out over 10,000 personalized postcards to Governor Newsom early next week so they land on his desk the same time as the bills. So this weekend make sure you send a postcard to Governor Newsom by following these three easy steps:

2) Complete the form, including uploading an image for the front of your postcard (if desired) and a personalized message for the back of your postcard

3) Repeat for any other family members (children included) who want the Governor to Veto these bills

If you have a postcard and stamp handy, and want to mail your own postcard, please write a brief and polite comment on why Governor Newsom should Veto one (or more) of the 5 “bad” bills and the impact it would have on you and your family if he signed them (see link for talking points), and then send it to:
