Hello,
In the summer of 2020 I was one of the lead organizers of the Black Lives
Matter protests in Orlando. I was arrested and jailed -- all for
peacefully protesting on the frontlines against our broken system.
Now, I’m running for Congress in Florida.
[ [link removed] ]I’m on the path to victory, but I cannot do this alone. Can I count on
you to help us make history? In a race this close every dollar counts –
and can be put to critical work boosting our Get Out The Vote effort right
up through Election Day this Tuesday.
Another great way to help is by [ [link removed] ]signing up to call voters from home
this weekend to Get Out The Vote.
I knew back then that I was standing on the shoulders of giants who used
nonviolent resistance to fight for justice.
That now two years later, civil rights icon Reverend Jesse Jackson has
endorsed me in my run for Congress is the honor of a lifetime.
"It’s time that we pass the baton to the new generation of Civil rights
leaders like Maxwell who are fighting for the future that we all deserve.
He played a major role in getting voter rights restored to 1.6 million
Floridians and in the fight to end gun violence at March for Our Lives
where he led thousands of young people across the country in the effort to
pass gun reform legislation. Maxwell is what we need in Congress and I’m
going to do everything I can to help him win.” -- Reverend Jesse Jackson.
This race is so much bigger than just me. It is critical I win and carry
on the fight for social justice and a better future that he and the many
other civil rights activists before me dedicated their lives to achieving.
[ [link removed] ]Can you chip in to boost our Get Out The Vote effort going on right up
until Election Day this Tuesday?
Or, if you’d prefer, [ [link removed] ]help us call voters here in the Florida 10th
District to Get Out The Vote.
Together in the fight,
-- Maxwell Frost
