There is a crisis at our southern border.

Border Patrol agents have made about 1.82 million arrests at the southern border so far this fiscal year. This number already exceeds last fiscal year's numbers and very soon will exceed 2 million.

This is a direct result of the White House’s policies including a push to end Title 42, a measure that enabled border control to limit entry based on public health circumstances.

As a result, surges of migrants are bypassing the legal immigration process and gaining entrance at our southern border.

In addition, we do not know the health conditions of migrants entering illegally, which can pose a public health risk to communities.

There is absolutely NO reason why those entering the country illegally should face different travel health requirements than all U.S. and non-U.S. citizens entering legally.

We must protect our nation and secure our borders.

Demand that the Biden administration applies all travel health requirements to everyone equally and fairly, including those at our southern border. ([link removed])
