Just two weeks ago, militants in Gaza fired hundreds of rockets toward Israel, threatening cities as far as Tel Aviv and endangering the lives of thousands of Israelis. 

This comes a little over a year after militants killed 13 Israelis during airstrikes in May 2021. 

We need to support the U.S.-Israel relationship now to help prevent future catastrophes.

As primary elections slow to a close, we must pay attention to forces in Congress who remain determined to weaken the U.S.-Israel relationship and rob Israel of the critical aid it needs to defend itself. Without this aid, more lives would inevitably be lost.
