Abortion Amendment Petition Riddled with Errors and Typos
The "Anything Goes" ballot initiative to enshrine abortion into Michigan's Constitution has been found to contain 43 serious errors that might disqualify it from going to the ballot this November. Sections contain typos such as:
"THEREISASIGNIFICANTLIKELIHOOD,"
"DECISIONSABOUTALLMATTERSRELATINGTOPREGNANCY," and
"OFTHEFETUS’SSUSTAINEDSURVIVALOUTSIDETHE."
"There's no fixing this confusing gibberish. The amendment must be rejected by the Board of State Canvassers on the 31st," said Christen Pollo, a spokesperson for Citizens Supporting Michigan Women and Children. Click here to read more about this story.
