About the job
You will be supervising, coaching, and mentoring the ETS project managers to help with developing goals and objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring that standardized methods and procedures are developed. Your team will be providing project management to multi-year, highly complex system implementation and IT projects, thus the ideal candidate must have an exceptional understanding of Washington State project management policies and processes.?
You will ensure a variety of tasks and projects are created, maintained, executed, and revised utilizing Agile-SCRUM methodology.? In addition, you will ensure staff resources are identified and requested as appropriate from resource managers, that each project?s scope, schedule, and budget are managed, and each project identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and risks.?
