I also highlighted the blatant lies about the “Inflation Reduction Act” and marked the one-year anniversary of the Biden Administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. And keep in mind, the Biden Administration is lying about the illegal immigration crisis THEY CREATED in the face of these facts: Since Biden took office, the U.S. has had over 3.9 MILLION encounters with illegal immigrants at our border. In one month (June), Border Patrol had 207,416 illegal immigrant encounters along the Southwest border, including 140,197 single adults, 51,780 family units, and 15,271 unaccompanied minors. As of June 30, 56 people whose names appear on the terror watch list were stopped trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border between ports of entry, just in this fiscal year. The U.S. expects to see up to 161,000 unaccompanied minors cross our border by the end of this year. Homicides, assaults, incidents of domestic violence, illegal weapons possession, and sexual offenses committed by illegal immigrants all increased dramatically in 2021 compared to 2020, according to Border Patrol data. Just last week, 800,000 pills containing fentanyl - a deadly narcotic - was seized by the Mexican army on the way to the U.S. border. The truck also contained 1.5 tons of meth and 328 pounds of powdered fentanyl. Those facts are irrefutable, but Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi still do nothing to address the problem. And the truth is, nothing is going to be done to secure the border while Democrats hold the House of Representatives. That’s why we need everyone in this fight to take back the House and fire Nancy Pelosi. Democrats are gaining ground in the polls and in fundraising, and are feeling more confident after passing key parts of their radical agenda through Congress. And let’s be clear… this bill Democrats passed will do NOTHING to reduce inflation but will do everything to increase your energy costs, taxes, and the number of IRS agents (87,000!!!) to audit and harass Americans. Moreover, it provides billions of dollars in tax subsidies for Democrat special interest groups that are dedicated to the destruction of the oil and gas industry in favor of unreliable solar and wind. This is what you get when Democrats control Congress, which is why Republicans need to take back the House in November.
