And this year, we can’t afford to let our numbers slip. As we speak, Republicans are ramping up their efforts to unseat dozens of our swing seat members like Reps. Matt Cartwright, Katie Porter, Andy Kim, Susan Wild, Mike Levin, Abigail Spanberger, and many more.

John,

We’re more than halfway to our most-critical fundraising deadline, but we’re nowhere near our goal. We’re still $9,842 short of reaching our $15,000 grassroots fundraising August goal, and our SEEC members are counting on your help to catch up.

Will you please rush in $15 or as much as you can today to get us back on track?

We knew when setting this goal that it’d be a challenge. Summers are notoriously brutal for fundraising, often called a “summer slump” when folks are out enjoying vacation time and checking their email less. At the same time, it’s a crucial period for campaigns as they plan out their final push for the fall.

We just saw how critical it is to keep our pro-environment majority in Congress. Without SEEC members keeping up the pressure, securing $369 billion in federal funding for clean energy projects would never have happened. If we fall short of our $15,000 goal, we won’t be able to provide the critical support frontline SEEC members need to protect their seats.

That’s why we cannot let this “summer slump” get in the way of keeping our clean energy warriors in Congress. Rush a $15 or more contribution today to close our $9,842 gap.

Counting on you,

SEEC PAC

Thanks to your help in 2020, SEEC PAC was able to re-elect over 95% of our pro-environment members to the U.S. House of Representatives — defying the odds on a night where Democrats lost seats. Now we are counting on you to help our SEEC members pass climate, clean energy and environmental justice policies in the 117th Congress while we undo the damage of the Trump Administration. But if you'd like to receive fewer emails, we understand. You can click here to only get our most important messages, or you can unsubscribe.
