Team: This^ is the nightmare we’re seeing in real-time from a post-Roe reality and why now more than ever before, we have to fight like hell to protect every person's reproductive freedom.

Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade earlier this year, we’ve seen time and time again just how critical this landmark decision was to protecting the lives, health, and freedom of every person in America.

We’ve seen minors seek an abortion in some of the most dire circumstances, only to be refused care by a judge or threatened with prosecution by anti-abortion extremist officials. We’ve seen arthritis and cancer patients denied drugs because they are also used when terminating a pregnancy. And we’ve seen women stuck in critical care while doctors had to try to contact the nearest court to get the OK to provide lifesaving care.

We will not stand by while real people and their very real stories continue to make headlines because they could not access reproductive care. Ballot measures have become our very last line of defense to keep abortion legal, and here at the Fairness Project — the most experienced organization at running progressive ballot measure campaigns and winning — we are doing every. single. thing. we can to preserve the fundamental right to reproductive care.

We will not stop working until abortion is permanently protected in Michigan, in Vermont, Kansas, California or anywhere else we can run voter-powered campaigns to victory.

We refuse to live in this reality any longer, friend. We’re committed to doing the hard work necessary to keep abortion legal. If you’re with us, we’d be grateful if you’d contribute to power our work today.

Thank you,

Fairness Project
