Three years after the 2019 Labor Reform and negotiations of the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (UMSCA/T-MEC), what does Mexican labor movement look like and where is it going? We will explore the topic of labor movements and the role that democratic and independent trade unions play in promoting labor reform implementation in Mexico.

The forum will also inaugurate the new Labor Center at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, which seeks to encourage dialogue and strategic collaboration among working people, academic labor studies and independent unions.
