Rosbella Elanae, a community health volunteer at a Mercy Corps-supported
clinic in Kenya, sits with a program participant. Rosbella says she is
motivated by her belief that all mothers should be able to make sure their
children are healthy.
At Mercy Corps, we’re committed to creating global change through local
impact — 84% of our team members are from the countries where we work. Our
colleagues are often affected by the same challenges as the people we
serve — persevering through the aftermath of earthquakes, drought, or
conflict.

Mercy Corps team member Odette Kasindi Asha talks to displaced families
awaiting cash assistance in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Odette’s
passion for helping others is based on her own past experience as a

We are so grateful for all that our team members, volunteers, and local
partners do for families around the world. With the combined efforts of
our team, supporters like
you and the
communities we serve — we have the power to create a better tomorrow.
Yours in possibility,
All of us at Mercy Corps
