John, our democracy was born almost 250 years ago here in Pennsylvania — and it’s up to us to protect that legacy today.

We have the power to protect our democracy — and we’ve got to use it. From making sure our elections remain free and fair to protecting access to the ballot box to making sure the candidate with the most votes is actually certified as the winner of the election.

Democracy is on the line in this election, John, which is why I need you today to get in the game and take action to support it. Will you sign on to this petition I made to show that you support our democracy?

As your Attorney General, I went to court against Trump’s allies dozens of times to defend Pennsylvanians’ right to vote and ensure every legal vote was counted. I’ve gone to bat for our democracy — and I’ll continue doing that as your next Governor.

But the attacks on American democracy show no sign of slowing down anytime soon. My opponent, Doug Mastriano, has made it his mission to decertify voting machines, overturn the results of the 2024 election, and make it harder for Pennsylvanians to vote.
