The English Democrats believe that if we are to remain a peaceful law abiding society then the Justice System must be achieved with the consent of the governed.



The politicisation of the Police and the Court system  is not the way a healthy democracy should develop. When the Courts are not impartial and separate from the political establishment democracy dies.
