BREAKING NEWS: At the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office and Union County Animal Control we are assisting with the rescue of more than 50 neglected animals from filthy conditions on a property in Lake Butler, Florida.

The rescued animals are being transported to an emergency shelter, operated by the ASPCA, where they will receive much-needed care.
When investigators arrived, they discovered the animals, including newborn kittens as well as adult cats and dogs, living amongst their own feces and urine. Some of the animals appeared to be suffering from untreated medical issues and were exposed to elevated levels of ammonia while being kept inside.

In addition to the removal and sheltering of these animals, we are also assisting with operational planning, evidence collection, forensics exams, legal assistance, and medical care and behavioral treatment for them.
