Team,

We can’t ignore climate change and its impact. Wildfires are becoming more frequent and more destructive. The Colorado River, that we rely on for electricity, is drying up. Our communities lack access to clean water and clean air.

That’s why I stood firm against Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans as they tried to stop us from passing the Inflation Reduction Act . They stood with corporate special interests over fighting climate change, restoring the health of our forests, and preventing future wildfires. They stuck with the status quo, instead of investing in American manufacturing that will boost electric vehicles and our energy grid.

Not a single Republican Senator voted to reduce emissions and our federal deficit with the Inflation Reduction Act . My opponent, who Mitch McConnell described as his “perfect candidate,” has made it clear he would've voted against this legislation.

Prioritizing Colorado’s families and our beautiful lands over the corporate status quo makes me a top target for Mitch McConnell and the National GOP. I’m ranked in the top 10 most vulnerable Senators this election year, so I’m personally asking you to pitch in $10 to help me win this race. [[link removed]]
